Overview
A specially flavoured sticky rice Mochi skin is wrapped around flavoured bean jam and finished with a flavoured cream centre. Stored frozen, they are allowed to thaw for 15 minutes before eating and the result is a creamy, sticky and chewy all at once.
Each EDO mochi cream flavour has been given a distinctive colour to allow customers to easily distiguish between them. When arranged on display the effect is visually arresting and aesthically pleasing, creating the effect of looking at expensive gems.
