Armed with a decade of experience in Portuguese cuisine, Chef Goncalo moved to Dubai with a sole aim of propagating the art of Portuguese cooking in the Middle East. Goncalo’s passion for Portuguese food, coupled with his enthusiasm & flair in rolling our authentic Alentejo cuisine makes him a perfect contender to match Four Points by Sheraton’s high standards of hospitality, service and experience. Chef Goncalo realised his love for the culinary arts when he was 19 years of age while studying Marketing at the college. His love of cuisine and his intense desire for success earned him a job at Hotel da Cartuxa located at Evora in Portugal.
